Piat d'Or
we may use a fining agent from animal origin during our process (specially for
red wines), therefore we consider that the Piat d'Or wines are NOT suitable for
the vegetarians, even if this fining agent is removed by filtration before we
bottle the wine.
Moet & Chandon
Values for Dom Pérignon as well as for Moët & Chandon (it concerns Alcohol
values and not "sugar" values).
